Shipping Policy 

We deliver our products worldwide through the most reliable, trustworthy and insured courier and post services. Our team of International Business Operations experts provides our organization the strength and excellence in fulfillment of all your orders in a responsible and timely manner no matter from where on this earth, you wish to get your products delivered. Our team loves to go every extra mile to serve you and fulfill your needs.

Domestic Shipments (within India): We provide FREE SHIPPING within India for orders with the product value of more than INR 800* and we charge a very nominal shipping fee (INR 100) for orders with the product value of less than INR 800. Moreover, if your product value in the order is more than INR 10,000, we get your shipments insured with the full amount of your order so that in case of a theft or loss or damage during transportation, both of our hard earned money (your and the organization's) can be safe. 

*Note: In order to get Free shipping, please use the coupon code "FREESHIPIND" while checkout. The coupon will be valid for shipments only in India and for the orders having product total above INR 800.

International Shipments (outside India): We deliver all International shipments through the most reputed carriage service providers such as EMS (which works with the Government Postal departments of almost every nation), FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All International Shipments are insured.

For orders with product value less than INR 20,000 (USD 310.00), customers have to pay INR 5,000 (Approx. USD 78.00) for Shipping and Handling while placing the order. For orders with product value between INR 20,000 to INR 40,000 (USD 620), we will bear 50% of the shipping charges and customers will have to pay INR 2,500 (Approx. USD 39.00) as Shipping and Handling Fee with their orders. All orders having product value more than INR 40,000 (USD 617), are eligible for FREE International Express Shipping 

*Note: All the currency conversion rates mentioned above are an approximate figure based on the International currency exchange rate as on 01 April 2018. Since the currency rates keep on changing, you are advised to check today's currency rate online before placing your order.

Customs Duty Charges: You may note that all International shipments (i.e. deliveries outside India) may include additional taxes or duty fee which are charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are mandatory to pay as per the laws in your country.

These may be Customs or Import Duty fee, GST / CST and/or VAT + any additional taxes prevailing in your country (such as - luxury tax, vehicle cess, etc). In our experience, these fee varies from 1% to 30% of the total order value. All such charges shall be borne by the customer. You may, however, note that these taxes (except the import duty) would anyways to be paid by you even when you buy these articles from within your country. This is the reason why GemsRatna would not charge any Tax or VAT or GST when you place your order online. Because we are a company registered in India and you have to pay taxes to the Government of the nation where you live in.

We suggest that you contact your local customs body or department in your city, state or country to check the applicable customs fee before ordering the items.

Packaging & Insurance:
All our shipments are packed in very high standard airtight packages with proper care and precautions depending on the nature & delicacy of product purchased. In addition, our shipments are insured and we take full responsibility in the case, any shipment is declared as Lost or Misplaced in transit by the courier company in writing.

Dispatch & Delivery TAT:
GemsRatna products are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (unless specified otherwise) from the order date. Deliveries are done within 3-10 business days in India and within 5-20 business days outside India. [In case of International Express shipments, the delivery can be done within 5 business days].
*Jewellery Items: Note that above mentioned times are only applicable if you order just the gemstones or rudraksha or any ready-made articles listed on our website. This TAT is not applicable to orders containing customized Jewellery items like - rings, pendants or bracelets. This TAT is also not applicable to orders where customers select PAID CERTIFICATION from labs like IGI, GIA or IGI-GTL. For the preparation of jewelry items, we need additional 2 to 5 business days depending on the metal & design.

Shipping reimbursement:
The shipping or handling charges whether paid by the customer or by the Company, while placing the order online, shall not be refundable in case of return of the order. Only the product fee will be refunded to the customer after deducting the applicable shipping and handling fee."



Return & Replacement Policy

GemsRatna provides an easy and customer friendly 15-days Refund / Replacement policy for all loose gemstones & jewelry items.

Refund: Refund or Money Back is applicable only on loose gemstones and rudraksha of value upto INR 49,999 which were purchased from if returned within 15 days from the date of delivery to the customer as per the courier delivery proof. 

For returned goods of value more than INR 50,000, we provide a Store Credit Coupon of 100% value of your returned product. This Store Credit Coupon can be used to purchase any other item(s) from our website. The Store Credit Coupon will be valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Store Credit Coupons can be used along with other promo codes.

Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, the quality checking team will inspect the items and all the supporting documents. Please ensure that the returned product(s) are not damaged or distorted and also that you include all the documents including the Lab certificates, Discount coupons, along with the original packaging while returning the products. In absence of any of these, the company may deduct the applicable charges for the missing item.

The refund shall be processed through the same mode of payment which was used by the customer while placing the order online. The refund shall be processed within 7 - 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. In case of Cash payment (COD or Manual delivery), the refund shall be provided only to the registered customer's bank account.

Following gemstones are not eligible for Refund due to their delicate and soft nature: Corals (Red or White), Pearls, Opals, Moonstones, Emeralds, Turquoise, Amber, and Beryls. However, they can be replaced with another gemstone after 15% deduction in the returned product value.

All other gemstones are eligible for 100% refund of the product value provided all the above-mentioned criteria are matched.

All the products sold at are eligible for a replacement if returned within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product as per the courier delivery proof.

Following is the slab of value eligible for replacement:
Loose gemstones (except - Corals (Red or White), Pearls, Opals, Moonstones, Emeralds, Turquoise, Amber, and Beryls): 100% of the product value.

Loose Corals (Red or White), Pearls, Opals, Moonstones, Emeralds, Turquoise, Amber, and Beryls: 85% of the product value.

Gemstones studded in a jewellery item (like - ring, pendant, earring or a bracelet) made by 75% of the product value.

Gemstones studded with an outsider jewelry item (like - ring, pendant, earring or a bracelet): 50% of the product value.

Return Shipping Fee:
All the charges related to the return shipment including but not limited to shipping fee shall be borne completely by the customer. In addition to the shipping fee, the customs/import duty charges, GST or VAT, certification and any special additional services charges shall also be borne by the customer, if applicable.

Statutory Warning:
We suggest NOT to write or mention 'GemsRatna' or any word(s) related to gemstones on the outer package while returning the items to us because this might attract the unwanted attention of thieves or mischiefs. You may simply write 'Astrological Product' on the outer package and instead of using the brand name 'GemsRatna', you may write our company name i.e. 'Agama SAR Retail Private Limited' in the address. "
